These terms cover your use of gridpuzzles.app ("Grid Puzzles", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

Grid Puzzles offers free logic puzzles you can play in the browser (Mini Sudoku, Patches, Wend, Pips and Zip), and pages with hints and answers for other publishers' daily puzzles. There are no accounts and nothing to buy. We may change, add or remove games and pages at any time.

Using the site

• You may play, share links to pages, and share your results.
• Please don't copy the site or large parts of it, scrape it in bulk, or run automated traffic against it in a way that slows it down for others.
• Don't try to break into, disrupt or misuse the site or its hosting.

Whose names are whose

Our puzzles, their generators and the site's code and design are ours. The names LinkedIn, Queens, Tango, Zip, Pinpoint, Crossclimb, Patches and Wend are used by LinkedIn Corporation for its games; The New York Times and Pips by The New York Times Company; Contexto by its publisher. On answer pages we use those names to say which puzzle a page is about. Several of our playable games follow the same rules as those games and share their names; every board in them is made by our own generator. Grid Puzzles is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies.

If you own a name or content used here and have a concern, email [email protected] and we will look at it promptly.

Answers and hints

Answer pages are produced by our solvers from each day's public puzzle, as described on the About page. We check them, but they can be wrong, late or missing on a given day. They are for help and entertainment and come with no guarantee.

Ads and other sites

The site may show ads served by Google, and it links to other websites. We don't control those ads or sites and aren't responsible for their content. How ads and analytics use cookies is explained in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or that your progress (which is stored only in your own browser) will be kept.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Grid Puzzles is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the site. It is a free service, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
