Rather solve it yourself?

Three hints per level, the last one placing the second domino.

Easy

The easy Pips has 10 cells to cover with 5 dominoes, split into 7 regions. You're working with 3 sum regions, 1 "all equal", 2 "greater than", 1 free region. Another early foothold: at row 3, column 1 two cells must match. The rack holds 1 double, 2 blank halves, 2 sixes.

Hint 1: where to start

Row 1, column 2 is a region of its own with target 1: that cell is a 1. Find the domino with a 1 that fits there.

Hint 2: first domino

The 6–1 goes there: 6 on row 2, column 2, 1 on row 1, column 2.

Hint 3: second domino

Next, the 0–2 goes at row 3, column 1 → row 2, column 1. That leaves 3 dominoes, each with far fewer homes.

Medium

Medium is 8 regions on a 4×4 grid, filled by 7 dominoes. Rules on the board: 2 sum regions, 2 "all equal", 1 "less than", 2 "greater than", 1 free region. Besides the opening move in Hint 1, the "=" pair at row 2, column 3 needs two identical pips. Keep in mind that the pair at row 3, column 3 adds to 9. The rack holds 2 doubles, 2 sixes.

Hint 1: where to start

The "=" pair at row 2, column 1 needs two identical pips. A double fits, and so do two dominoes sharing a number.

Hint 2: first domino

First domino: 3–3, covering row 2, column 1 (3) and row 2, column 2 (3).

Hint 3: second domino

Second: 1–4 on row 2, column 3 and row 1, column 3. Check the other 5 against the regions they could still fill.

Hard

Hard is 32 regions on a 6×6 grid, filled by 16 dominoes. The mix is 32 sum regions. Besides the opening move in Hint 1, row 1, column 3 is a region of its own with target 3: that cell is a 3. Keep in mind that the single cell at row 1, column 4 is marked 0, so it can only hold a 0. Rack check: 5 blank halves, 1 six.

Hint 1: where to start

A one-cell region at row 1, column 2 asks for 3, which fixes that cell outright. Only dominoes carrying a 3 can reach it.

Hint 2: first domino

First domino: 3–4, covering row 1, column 2 (3) and row 2, column 2 (4).

Hint 3: second domino

Second: 0–3 on row 1, column 4 and row 1, column 3. Check the other 14 against the regions they could still fill.
