Zip #545 is a 7×7 grid with 8 numbered cells and 10 walls. The long haul is 3 → 4: 12 cells, so that stretch has to sweep a whole region before it can turn. Remember the path must cover every cell, so dead-end pockets have to be entered and left in one pass.

Hint 2 — a solid foothold

Leg lengths in order: 1→2 is 10 cells, 2→3 is 2 cells, 3→4 is 12 cells, 4→5 is 2 cells, 5→6 is 10 cells, 6→7 is 8 cells, 7→8 is 4 cells.
