Zip #544 is a 7×7 grid with 9 numbered cells and 6 walls. The long haul is 6 → 7: 14 cells, so that stretch has to sweep a whole region before it can turn. Remember the path must cover every cell, so dead-end pockets have to be entered and left in one pass.
