Zip #547 is a 8×8 grid with 8 numbered cells and 28 walls. The long haul is 4 → 5: 23 cells, so that stretch has to sweep a whole region before it can turn. Remember the path must cover every cell, so dead-end pockets have to be entered and left in one pass.
