Zip #540 is a 7×7 grid with 8 numbered cells and 18 walls. The long haul is 4 → 5: 30 cells, so that stretch has to sweep a whole region before it can turn. Remember the path must cover every cell, so dead-end pockets have to be entered and left in one pass.
