Zip #520 is a 7×7 grid with 8 numbered cells and 20 walls. The long haul is 3 → 4: 10 cells, so that stretch has to sweep a whole region before it can turn. Remember the path must cover every cell, so dead-end pockets have to be entered and left in one pass.

From 1 at row 2, column 2, the first moves go right, down, left, down, right.

Hint 2 — a solid foothold

Leg lengths in order: 1→2 is 8 cells, 2→3 is 2 cells, 3→4 is 10 cells, 4→5 is 8 cells, 5→6 is 10 cells, 6→7 is 6 cells, 7→8 is 4 cells.
