Rules
- Fill the 6×6 grid so every row contains the digits 1 to 6 exactly once.
- Every column must also contain 1 to 6 exactly once.
- The grid is split into six 2×3 boxes (two rows, three columns). Each box must contain 1 to 6 exactly once.
- Given digits are fixed. Tap an empty cell, then tap a number. Use Notes to pencil in candidates.
Strategy tips
- Start with the digit that already appears most often — it has the fewest places left.
- A 2×3 box shares two rows and three columns with its neighbours. If a digit is in a box's top row, it can't be in that row anywhere else.
- Look for a cell where only one digit fits (naked single) before guessing anything.
- With only six digits, "where can the 4 go in this row?" is often faster than "what goes in this cell?".
